    She apparently fucked up her hair, trying to do something like make it lighter (highlights??) with color on top of color would be my best guess. That made it actually darker and probably looked horrible. So she made it all one color going darker that the fucked-up highlights. All of that coloring probably frizzed the ends like crazy, so she had to cut it off, too. It's look fine the color it is if it wasn't for all the damage she did to it. THAT's why it looks like a wig--it's a fuck-up-cover-up.
