    "At fault" implies wrongdoing. The only person who has done something wrong was whoever hacked the phone with the pics/vid.

    Times have changed and laws have been passed in the US about posting that kind of stuff. Some guy in Florida was arrest for posting fake images, something that used to be commonplace.

    More than just the dude in Florida that got charged with 16 felonies for taking clothed pics and running them through an AI generator to help naked

    "promotion of an altered sexual depiction without consent" got signed into federal law few months back

If they thought no one gave a shit about us downloading music, wait till they see how little we give a shit about what they want, or what laws they make about looking at naked women. Not only will we keep doing it, we will revel in it. We will enthuse over it. We will jump for joy and spin around in circles over it.

    It is also technically illegal to have sex if you are not married. The US, and the world at large, make a lot of stupid laws that no one gives a shit about, and certainly aren't going to obey.
